Chocolate Muffins made with Wheat Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa, Jaggery, Assorted Seeds and Dark Chocolate 🍫 by Saveen Kaur


Muffins and Coffee are one magic combination to indulge in 🤤


Hey lovelies here comes the recipe of the Muffins I used to bake a lot when I was bakinh and was loved by so many! 


Sharing one of my precious recipes with you lovelies so you can bake it at home too 😊


Ingredients to make the Cake -


1 cup Wheat Flour 

1/2 cup  Cocoa Powder 

1 cup Curd

3/4 th cup Powdered Jaggery Powder

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Oil

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds 

2 tbsp Flax Seeds

2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds 

2 tbsp Cranberries

1 cup chopped Dark Chocolate


Method -


In a bowl add curd and Jaggery powder  and mix in well.

Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.

Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.

Add Wheat Flour & Cocoa Powder via sieve, mix.

Add chopped Dark Chocolate & Assorted Seeds and mix.

Keep some assorted Seeds and chopped for garnishing 

Pour the batter in a heart shaped baking tin and garnish with Dark Chocolate & Assorted Seeds like shown in the picture above! 

Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done! 

Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes. 

Let the Muffins cool down! 

Relish with a nice cup of hot Coffee!
