Cake Made With Wheat Flour, Dark Chocolate, Hazelnuts, Cranberries & Pumpkin Seeds by Saveen Kaur

Hey lovelies so I am absolutely crazy about Hazelnuts and of course Dark Chocolate and when you add in Cranberries and crunchy Pumpkin Seeds, the combination is to die for 🤤

Hope you enjoy making and relishing this super yummy Cake so much ❤️



Ingredients -

3/4th cup Wheat Flour 

1/2 cup Curd

1/2 cup Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Oil

1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 Big Bar of Dark Chocolate 

1/4 th cup Hazelnuts 

1/8 th cup Cranberries 

1/8 th cup Pumpkin Seeds 



Method

In a bowl add Curd, Sugar and mix in well.

Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.

Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.

Add Cinnamon Powder and mix in well. 

Add Wheat Flour via sieve, mix.

Add roughly chopped dark chocolate, hazelnuts, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and mix in a the ingredients well so that it blends in properly with the batter. 

Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with Dark Chocolate, Hazelnuts, Cranberries and Pumpkin Seeds like shown in the picture above! 

Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes. 

Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done! 


Super easy to make, enjoy when done have it warm with a hot cup of Coffee or let it cool down and have with some yummy Ice Cream ❤️😊
