Hey lovelies so here comes a recipe for all those who love Coffee in their Cake!
I am sharing with you lovelies the recipe of one of my favourite created cake - Coffee, Dark Chocolate & Chocolate Oreos Cake 🥰 hope you like it 😊
Ingredients -
1+1/2 cup Maida
2 tbsp Coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp Hot Wakter
1 cup Curd
3/4 th cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Chocolate Oreos
Dark Chocolate
Method -
In a bowl add curd and sugar and mix in well.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.
Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.
Add Coffee dissolved and mix.
Add Maida via sieve, mix.
Add shredded Dark Chocolate & Chocolate Oreos and mix.
Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with Dark Chocolate & Chocolate Oreos like shown in the picture above!
Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done!
Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes.
