Hey lovelies so I have baked after really long because of a few changes going in my personal life which has definitely affected my professional life but the good news is I overcame a few things to do one of the best things I love the most and that is baking!
Baking can be so therapeutic and help you feel better when stressed and the yummy outcome makes me you feel even more happy 😊
So here is the first Cake that I have baked a after a huge gap and trust me it feels so amazing relishing in something made with so much love and something that you really like 😊

Now let's get to the recipe -
It's very easy to make and so yummy 🤤
Ingredients to make the Cake -
3/4 th cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 th cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
4 big cubes of Cadbury Cranberry Dark Chocolate shredded, half quantity to be added in the Cake, half to be used for garnishing at the top
Method -
In a bowl add Curd and Sugar, mix in well.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.
Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.
Add Wheat Flour via sieve, fold it in well.
Add chopped Dark Chocolate & Pumpkin Seeds, fold them in well.
Keep some Pumpkin Seeds and chopped Chocolate for garnishing
Pour the batter in a round baking tin and garnish with Dark Chocolate & Pumpkin Seeds like shown in the picture above!
Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done!
Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes.
Let the cake cool down, remove it from the tin, relish it warm with a cup of yummy Hot Coffee 🤤😍🥰
