Muffins are the key to happiness 😊
Hey lovelies here comes a super simple recipe of Vanilla Choco Muffins, you can indulge in this yumness as it is or you can be absolutely creative by garnishing with a yummy Dark Chocolate Ganache or some nice Buttercream Frosting and so much more!
Ingredients -
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Thick Curd
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Refined Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup Shredded Dark Chocolate
Method -
Mix Sugar and Curd till the Sugar dissolves completely.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda.
Mix well & let it stand for 2-3 minutes, bubble will appear.
Sieve flour & keep aside.
Add oil to the curd mixture & mix well.
Add essence and mix in well.
Add flour and mix well.
The mixture should be of dropping consistency.
If it appears extra thick, add a little more curd.
Add shredded chocolate and mix in well.
Keep some chocolate to top on the muffins later before baking.
Line the paper cups in a baking tray.
Pour the batter.
Garnish with shredded chocolate.
Put in a Preheated Oven at 210°C for 10 minutes.
Lower the temperature to 150°C and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Test the muffins by inserting a toothpick.
If it comes clean, close the oven, remove the muffins from the oven after 5 minutes from the oven.
Let it cool for 10 - 15 minutes in the tin before taking it out of the tin.
You can top it Dark Chocolate Ganache or some Buttercream Frosting of you want or eat it just like that with a hot cup of Coffee tastes amazing 🤩
