Coffee Dark Chocolate Almond Cake made with Wheat Flour & Jaggery πŸ«πŸŒΎπŸŽ‚ by Saveen Kaur

Hey lovelies here comes a simple yummy Cake recipe for all Coffee and Chocolate Lovers -

πŸ«πŸŒΎπŸŽ‚Coffee Dark Chocolate Almond Cake made with Wheat Flour & Jaggery πŸ«πŸŒΎπŸŽ‚

I personally love this combo so much so thought of sharing with you lovelies this recipe this month so that you can bake and relish it too ❤️

The Cake is refined sugar free, made with Wheat & Jaggery, a total delight to indulge in with a hot cup of Coffee or some yummy Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce 🍫🀀




Ingredients -

1 cup Milk

2 tsp Vinegar 

1 1/2 cups Wheat

1 tsp Coffee Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 cup Jaggery

1/2 cup Oil 

1 tsp Vanilla Essence 

You can add Dark Chocolate Chunks as much as you like as per your liking!

Flaked Almonds


Method -

Boil Milk & add Vinegar.

Let it curdle, remove from flame.

Sift in all together all dry ingredients.

Add milk + whey, oil & vanilla essence to the mixture.

Mix it all well with a hand mixer.

Add chocolate & almonds & mix it well.

Bake in Preheated Oven at 210°C at 180°C for 30 minutes or till done.

Remove from the oven when done!

Let it cool down for sometime.

Serve & Relish warm with a cup of Coffee!
