Hey lovelies so this was the first Cake I had made a few days back with Multigrain Flour 🫶
It turned out to be so soft and yummy 😋🤤🤩
Ingredients -
1 + 1/4th cup Multigrain Flour
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Oil any of your choice
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
1/2 cup Assorted Nuts and Dates
1/2 cup shredded Dark Chocolate
Method -
In a bowl add Curd, Sugar and mix in well.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.
Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.
Add Cinnamon Powder
Add Flour via sieve, mix.
Add Assorted Nuts, Dates & Dark Chocolate, mix in well so that it blends in properly with the batter.
Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with Nuts & Dark Chocolate like shown in the picture above!
Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done!
Super easy to make, enjoy when done have it warm with a hot cup of Coffee❤️😊
