Hey lovelies here comes a super simple and super yummy Cake recipe your way!
It is one of my personal favourite, hope you like it too 🤩🤤
Ingredients -
1 + 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Oil any of your choice
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
1/2 cup shredded Dark Chocolate for filling and garnishing
Method -
In a bowl add Curd, Sugar and mix in well.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.
Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.
Add Cinnamon Powder.
Add Flour via sieve, mix.
Add Dark Chocolate, mix in well so that it blends in properly with the batter.
Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with Dark Chocolate like shown in the picture above!
Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done!
Your light yummy soft tasty Cake is ready to be relished, enjoy with a hot cup of Coffee❤️😊
