Hey lovelies here comes the recipe of a super yummy Cake!

Ingredients -
1 + 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Curd
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Oil any of your choice
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
A pinch of Cardamom Powder
1/8 th cup Assorted Raisins for filling and garnishing
1/8 th cup Assorted Nuts
1 tbsp chopped Dates
1/4th Cup Assorted Seeds
Method -
In a bowl add Curd, Sugar and mix in well.
Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.
Add Oil, Essence & mix in well.
Add Cinnamon Powder.
Add Cardamom Powder.
Add Flour via sieve, mix.
Add Assorted Nuts, chopped Dates, Mixed Raisins and Assorted Seeds, mix in well so that it blends in properly with the batter.
Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with dates, nuts, raisins and seeds like shown in the picture above!
Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or till done!
