Nuts Dark Chocolate Jaggery Cake by Saveen Kaur

Ingredients -

1/2 cup Wheat Flour 

1/4th cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 

1/2 cup Curd

1/2 cup Jaggery Powder 

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Oil any of your choice

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

1/2 cup Assorted Nuts & Raisins

1/2 cup shredded Dark Chocolate 


Method - 

In a bowl add Curd, Jaggery Powder and mix in well.

Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.

Add Oil, Essence & mix in well. 

Add Wheat Flour and Cocoa Powder via sieve, mix.

Add Assorted Nuts and Dark Chocolate, mix in well so that it blends in properly with the batter. 

Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with Nuts & Dark Chocolate like shown in the picture above! 

Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes. 

Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or till done! 

Super easy to make, enjoy when done have it warm with a hot cup of Coffee, Tea, Cold Coffee or any Ice Cream of your choice ❤️😊
