Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache by Saveen Kaur

Hey lovelies so here comes the first recipe of 2024 on Sav Bakes for you 😊 - decadent Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache 🍫😍😋

Recipe of Chocolate Cupcakes 


1 cup Refined Flour

1 cup Curd

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Refined Oil

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method -

Mix the sugar and curds till the sugar dissolves completely. 

Add Baking Powder and Baking Soda. 

Mix well and let it stand for 2-3 minutes. 

Bubbles will appear. 

Sieve flour and cocoa powder and keep aside. 

Add oil. Mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix. 

Add flour and cocoa powder and mix well. 

The mixture should be of dropping consistency. 

If it appears extra thick, add a little more curd. 

Pour it into paper cup liners and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 minutes. 

Lower the temperature to 150°C and bake for 30-35 minutes. 

Remove the cup cake tray after 5 minutes from the oven. 

( The trick is to bake mostly on the lower side & just 5 minutes on the top one.) 

Make around 20.

To make 10 use half the quantity. 

You can make Eggless Sponge Cake too out of this 😋😊

To Make Chocolate Ganache - 

You can either use Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate. 

You need to add Cream in the ratio of 1:1. 

That means 1 cup chopped Chocolate and 1 cup Cream. 

Method - 

In a double boiler, add chopped chocolate, let it melt a bit and then add cream and fold in the two together to make a beautiful rich ganache on low temperature. 

Remove it from the flame, pour it in a clean container and let it set overnight in a cool dark place. 

Keep it in the freezer when set and then remove it and bring it to room temperature and then use it on your Cakes and Cupcakes. 

Pour it in a icing bag and use a nozzle of your choice and make pretty pretty cupcakes 🤩
