Berry Seeds Wheat Jaggery Cake by Saveen Kaur


"Life is what you bake it."


Ingredients -

1 + 1/2 cup Wheat Flour 

1 cup Curd

1 cup Jaggery Powder

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Oil any of your choice

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

A pinch of Cinnamon Powder 

1/2 cup Dried Berries for filling and garnishing

1/4th Cup Assorted Seeds 



Method

In a bowl add Curd, Jaggery Powder and mix in well.

Add Baking Powder & Baking Soda and wait for a minute.

Add Oil, Essence & mix in well. 

Add Cinnamon Powder.

Add Flour via sieve, mix.

Add Mixed Dried Berries and Assorted Seeds, mix in well so that it blends in properly with the batter. 

Pour the batter in a baking tin and garnish with mixed berries and seeds like shown in the picture above! 

Kindly note you have to Pre heat the oven at 210 °C for 10 minutes. 

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or till done! 

Your light yummy soft tasty Cake is ready to be relished, enjoy with a hot cup of Coffee❤️😊
